Kaitlin is currently taking a step back from one to one consults as she prepares to welcome baby number 3 to her family. She’s brought two incredible consultants onto her team with the same certifications, years of experience, and attachment-led values as her. They might not have as large a social media following as Kaitlin, but that’s only because they’ve devoted the last few years to helping families get more sleep, rather than being online. They also have 24/7 access to Kaitlin in case they need to run a tricky case by her. You’re in great hands with Steph and Tara!

Steph Plant

Steph handles all our client calls on Sundays. She’s an OCN Level 6 Certified Holistic Sleep Coach and the founder of Gentle Sleep Support. She completed the Holistic Sleep Coaching Programme through Lyndsey Hookway in 2021 and has supported countless families using responsive, evidence based, attachment-focused strategies to achieve better sleep in their homes ever since.

Steph is the proud-mama to two little ones who had their own sets of sleep challenges when they were born. After navigating undiagnosed allergies, complex medical needs, sensory sensitivities and spirited temperaments, Steph is no stranger to tricky sleep in the early years!

She and her husband are based in Scotland and when she’s not chatting all things sleep, you can catch her strolling on the beach, chasing her kids around a park, or trying to keep up with Edinburgh’s cultural scene.

Tara Lounsbury

Tara handles all our client calls on Thursdays. Tara is a Registered Dental Hygienist who pivoted her career to Infant and Toddler Sleep after both her babies suffered from tethered oral ties. Once she experienced first-hand the link between infant sleep and airway health, she decided to become a certified pediatric sleep consultant, first through Isla Grace and currently through PSAD. Now, she combines her clinical knowledge as a dental hygienist with her education in holistic infant and toddler sleep to help families through every step of their sleep journey without sleep training.

Tara is a fellow ‘two under two’ mama, so the intensity of sleep in the early years is something she gets. When she’s not working, Tara enjoys travelling, gardening, and visiting the farmer’s markets in Toronto, where she lives with her Hungarian-born husband and their two sweet kids.

Sleep is complex - there are so many pieces working together, and we’re here to help you make sure they’re all in place.

  • Consultations are held every Thursday (with Tara) and Sunday (with Steph) and can be booked directly through my website using the calendar above. Once your payment goes through your spot is reserved and a zoom link will be sent to you. You’ll also receive an intake form and a three-day sleep log, which can take upwards of an hour to fill out. It’s very detailed, but it gives us an in-depth understanding of your family ahead of meeting so we can dive right into the nitty-gritty during our call. Afterwards, you’ll receive an email summary of everything we spoke about, including any resources, attachments and links that we mentioned.

  • Ahead of our call we do an analysis of your intake form and your baby’s sleep log. Then we meet over zoom to discuss what’s going well and what are some options for moving forward in a way that helps you get more sleep and is aligned with your values. After our call, you’ll receive a follow-up email with all the notes from our discussion, as well as any links, resources, research papers etc. that we discussed.

  • 120 USD, with the option for future calls at a discounted rate of 95 USD.
